Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.

What if my order delivery was delayed?
We at shutup&LetMeHaveIt definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since shutup&LetMeHaveIt print on demand and we have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses around the world, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. This is expected!
